How to Activate an Account

1. Download the Ride Circuit App

Available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Sign up or log-in to your account

Information Requested to Create an Account: First name, last name, e-mail, zip code, gender, and phone number



How to Request a Ride

  1. Click the 3 horizontal lines (in the top left corner of the screen) or the pencil icon (in the top right corner) to choose your service area from the “Location(s)” list.

  2. Select the area of your existing location (ie. Second Ward or Third Ward).

  3. Type in your current “Pick-up Address” in the top box of the screen.

  4. Enter your drop off address in the (“Where to?”) box directly below it.

  5. Click “Confirm Route” via the green icon at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Choose how many passenger seats you're requesting.

  7. Click “Confirm.”

  8. You’ll be connected to a driver and the estimated wait time will be showcased.

Things to Keep In Mind

  • You’re able to see the location of your driver in real-time and even contact them, if needed.

  • Drivers may make a stop to pick up and/or drop off other passengers before coming to pick you up.

  • Existing shuttles have a passenger limit of 5 per request. Should the vehicle already have passengers at the time requested that number decreases.
